Customer Service
You, our customers, are our chief concern here at WineWhisk.com. Therefore, we strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and want your experience with us to be the best online shopping experience you've ever had. We make our shipping costs easy to understand and keep them as low as possible. We do our best to make you aware of all costs that are associated with an order, and explain those costs clearly on the pages that follow. We respect your privacy and will never sell any of your personal information to anybody.

Shipping
We ship our orders via UPS Ground, with the option to upgrade to Next Day Air. Shipping costs are directly dependent on the number of items you order. Additional shipping options are also available.

Returns
All Wine Whisk products may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling) provided they are returned within two weeks of receipt in their original condition and packaging, with a copy of the invoice.

Please send an e-mail to cservice@winewhisk.com to alert us that you are returning a product so that your return can be handled promptly. Please include the original confirmation number associated with your order in the e-mail. This confirmation number is included in the confirmation e-mail you receive shortly after completing an order.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after two weeks.


Damage or Shipping Claims
Shipments for all items purchased from Wine Whisk are insured to the full value of the shipment. If a product does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact Wine Whisk immediately for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Wine Whisk assumes no liability for damages caused by others, and does not make any express or implied warranties regarding its products, except those warranties, if any, made by the suppliers of each product's components.


Product Variation
Each Wine Whisk Sprout product has its own charm and unique identity, due to the inherent variation in color, pattern, and size of each hand-made bead. Accordingly, styles of the same product design name may vary slightly from batch to batch. While variation may occur, Wine Whisk's artists hold as true as possible to the design sentiment and bead style specifications.


Out of Stock Items
Please note that while we make every endeavor to maintain adequate inventory of all of our products, the nature of bead production and sourcing causes occasional shortages. We will ship partial orders unless you instruct us otherwise. If an item is currently out of stock, then notification will be given to you at the time of your order, as well as estimated availability. Should your item be out of stock and you would like a substitution, please contact us.


Sales Tax
Wine Whisk is required to charge an 8.25% sales tax to all orders being shipped to the state of Texas. By Texas state law, this tax must be calculated on the total of the order, including shipping charges. This amount will be calculated and added to your order after your shipping information has been provided, and is displayed on the Order Summary page, where you are asked for your credit/debit card information. Orders to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
